Covetous 1.01 Hotfix and Rework

Decided to come back to this game and fix a few things. No real additions, just fixing what's there.

Changelog:

-made the game windowed instead of a small borderless window

-fixed menu name

-the lung passage is no longer a teleport, but an actual carved passage

-improved collisions
